Tom & Luke are growing rapidly and bring on new stockists on a weekly basis and consequently they needed a platform to help their customers find out where to purchase whilst also being easy to update.
We set up a fantastic Stockist Locator system that geolocates the user and then serves them the nearest stockists to their location. They can filter the results and then get info on a particular store as well as directions to find it from their current location all within the site!
Speaking of geolocation, Tom & Luke operate in different markets around the world but with differing product ranges so we built them a clever system that only shows a customer the products that are actually available in their locality.
This is the best way to manage customer expectations and therefore relieves them of the headache of customers complaining about not being able to find a particular SKU if it’s not in their country yet.
Tom & Luke are a personality driven brand and in support of that they’re often out on location personally giving their customers tastings.
To help them communicate their tasting schedule we developed a highly functionality integrated tasting events calendar that allows their customers to search by date, location, event and keyword.
We integrated Tom & Luke’s Instagram feed so that all that great content is pulled automatically into the site – it helps liven up the site, keep it looking fresh and helps convey their living brand.
