Anna Schimmel is a renowned name in the New Zealand bridal industry. Anna is a highly qualified, sincere and personable wedding gown designer with unparalleled experience in fine fashion. Her brand is synonymous with contemporary elegance and a premium, completely personalised offering.

The Anna Schimmel website was built using very outdated technology, which made even the smallest updates time-consuming and expensive. The Mantis team was tasked with a rebuild to overhaul the aesthetics, messaging and functionality of the website and craft a new brand asset that appeals to the modern Kiwi bride and empowers Anna to use her digital presence to its full potential.

Our Solution

We migrated the Anna Schimmel site to a robust WordPress platform with an uplifted technology stack that includes a new booking engine, and flexible options for presenting new gowns and collections. We took design cues from Anna’s own creations to fully align her web assets with her brand. This made for a sophisticated aesthetic with subtle UX elements that complement her imagery and present information in an easily navigable, visually appealing layout.

Anna can now easily update content and add new gown collections without wasting time or money. We were able to seamlessly integrate contact forms, social media and her powerful new booking system, Calendly, which helps Anna run her consultations and manage her time effectively.
